Job Title: Instrumentation and Controls Systems Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate, dynamic, and organized Instrumentation and Controls systems Technician with a proven track record of executing projects in accordance with project specifications, best practices, quality control, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and client satisfaction as well as committed to ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of excellence, Innovative, goal-driven, highly creative, and able to work in a fast-paced and goal-oriented environment. If you are so, we invite you to join our dynamic team as an Instrumentation Engineer.

Key Duties/Responsibilities

Installation and commissioning:

Install, configure, and integrate new instrumentation and control devices.

Read and interpret technical documents, such as schematics and diagrams.

Documentation and compliance:

Document maintenance, repair, and calibration activities.

Ensure all equipment complies with safety and industry standards.

Safety and collaboration:

Adhere strictly to safety protocols and regulations.

Collaborate with engineers to optimize system performance.

Maintenance and calibration:

Calibrate instruments like sensors, transmitters, and gauges for accuracy.

Perform routine and preventive maintenance on control systems and equipment.

Troubleshooting and repair:

Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in control systems and instrumentation.

Repair or replace defective components to fix system malfunctions.

Requirements, Qualifications, and Skills

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any related technological field.

Experience with the oil and gas environments.

Demonstrate knowledge of validation requirements for field instruments.

Proven technical and analytical skills to quickly investigate and resolve issues with instruments, valves, and other field devices.
