Qualifications requises :
Formation / Diplômes
- Diplôme supérieur (Master ou Licence) en Droit, Gestion des Ressources Humaines, Finance, Audit ou domaine équivalent.
- Connaissance des réglementations spécifiques aux institutions de paiement et à la fintech. Compétences techniques :
- Maîtrise du droit du travail congolais et des obligations sociales (CNSS, INPP, ONEM, etc.).
- Connaissance approfondie de la réglementation des services financiers digitaux, du mobile money et des exigences de la Banque Centrale du Congo (BCC).
- Capacité à élaborer et mettre en œuvre des procédures de contrôle interne et de gestion des risques.
Compétences personnelles (Soft skills) :
- Rigueur absolue et sens élevé de l’éthique et de l’intégrité.
- Excellent sens de l’organisation et capacité à gérer les priorités.
- Diplomatie et aisance relationnelle pour interagir avec les régulateurs et les équipes internes.
- Esprit d’analyse et de synthèse pour anticiper les risques réglementaires.
Expérience
- Expérience significative (niveau Maîtrise) exigée en administration du personnel et en conformité réglementaire, idéalement acquise dans le secteur financier, bancaire, de la microfinance ou de la fintech. Instructions
