Objet: Recrutement de deux (02) Administrateurs Réseaux au sein de l’entité IT Operations pour rejoindre les équipes d’Equity BCDC à Kinshasa. Type de Contrat: non précisé
Qualifications requises :
Formation / Diplômes
- Diplôme universitaire (Licence, Master ou Ingénieur) en Informatique, Réseaux, Télécommunications ou domaine équivalent.
- Certifications professionnelles reconnues dans le domaine des réseaux (type Cisco CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, Juniper, Fortinet, ou équivalent) fortement appréciées. Compétences techniques :
- Maîtrise approfondie des protocoles et technologies réseau (TCP/IP, VLAN, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, SD-WAN, etc.).
- Expertise sur les équipements réseau majeurs (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Aruba, etc.).
- Connaissance des architectures réseau sécurisées, des firewalls et des solutions de supervision (NMS, SIEM).
- Bonne compréhension des environnements virtualisés et cloud.
Compétences personnelles (Soft skills) :
- Rigueur, sens de l’organisation et capacité d’analyse.
- Esprit d’équipe et excellent relationnel.
- Réactivité et capacité à gérer les situations de crise.
- Discrétion professionnelle et respect des procédures bancaires.
- Capacité à travailler sous pression et à s’adapter aux évolutions technologiques.
Expérience
- Expérience significative (niveau Maîtrise) exigée dans l’administration et la sécurisation d’infrastructures réseau, idéalement dans le secteur bancaire ou dans un environnement IT critique. Instructions
