Effectuer l’inspection qualité (QC) des installations mécaniques pour vérifier la conformité aux spécifications, aux ITP et aux codes applicables.
- Inspecter l’installation des équipements, l’alignement, le scellement (grouting) et le boulonnage.
- Assister aux essais et contrôles selon les besoins.
- Examiner les certificats de matériaux, les rapports d’inspection et la clôture des NCR.
- Tenir à jour les registres QC et les listes de réserves (punch lists), et coordonner les rectifications. Exigences :
Expérience
- Plus de 5 ans d’expérience en inspection QC mécanique.
- Maîtrise des processus ITP, NCR et de la gestion des punch lists.
- Bonne discipline de reporting ; la maîtrise de l’anglais est souhaitée
