Job Description Profil : Économiste, ingénieur ou expert en statistiques avec une forte expérience des processus administratifs en RDC et des opérations du RGPH. Responsabilités spécifiques : Liaison Institutionnelle : Assurer la coordination opérationnelle quotidienne avec l'INS/BCR, l'ARPTC et les services techniques du Ministère du Plan. Analyse du Contenu Local : Mettre en place et suivre les indicateurs de performance (KPI) sur le transfert de compétences et l'emploi des jeunes (Pilier 3). Évaluer le nombre de techniciens formés et certifiés par OKAPI. Audit de terrain : Mener les visites physiques du site d'assemblage à Kinshasa. Vérifier la conformité du processus industriel local par rapport aux engagements contractuels. Alignement Technique : S’assurer que l'intégration des tablettes dans le dispositif RGPH-2 (cartographie, sécurité, logistique) est réaliste et adaptée aux contraintes du terrain congolais. Expertise, qualifications et
, y compris exigences linguistiques : Diplôme de niveau Bac+5 dans un domaine pertinent (ingénierie, économie, gestion de projet ou équivalent) ; Au moins Trois (3) années d'expérience professionnelle dans des projets industriels, numériques ou statistiques ; Une expérience des opérations de collecte de données, de la logistique ou du suivi de processus industriels constitue un atout. Autres Exigences : Excellentes capacités d'analyse, de rédaction et de reporting ; La maîtrise du français (écrit et oral) est exigée ; une bonne connaissance pratique de l'anglais est requise pour le Consultant principal et constitue un atout pour le Consultant senior ; Une expérience préalable auprès d'agences des Nations Unies, de recensements (CAPI) ou de cadres PPP constitue un atout ; Parfaite maîtrise des outils bureautiques et d'analyse de données standards. {{waiting}} This position is no longer open.
