Ce que ce poste implique En tant qu'Officier HSE à la Seychelles Airports Authority, vous serez le garant de la sécurité des employés et des passagers sur le tarmac, dans les terminaux et les ateliers techniques. Vos journées alterneront entre inspections terrain (équipements de manutention, installations électriques, produits dangereux), audits de conformité et animation de sessions de sensibilisation. Vous contribuerez directement à la certification OHSAS/ISO 45001 de l'aéroport.
Compétences clés à mettre en avant
- Maîtrise des normes OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 et des réglementations seychelloises (OSHA)
- Capacité à rédiger des rapports d'inspection et des analyses de risques (HIRA)
- Expérience en gestion d'incidents et en enquête d'accidents (méthode de l'arbre des causes)
- Compétences en formation/sensibilisation d'équipes multiculturelles
- Permis de conduire valide (déplacements sur zone aéroportuaire)
