Job Purpose: The Flight Dispatcher & Operations Controller will oversee operational flight dispatch activities, flight planning, flight watch, operational coordination, disruption management, and ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations while maintaining compliance with aviation regulations. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and authorize operational flight plans and dispatch releases Monitor flights and provide operational support throughout all phases of flight Coordinate overflight permits, landing permits, slot approvals, and flight clearances Handle flight planning using ARINC and other dispatch systems Coordinate with ATC, airports, engineering, ground handling, and regulatory authorities
Analyze weather, NOTAMs, routes, alternates, and fuel requirements

Manage operational disruptions, delays, diversions, and recovery planning Support emergency response and crisis management activities Handle pet clearance documentation and coordination for domestic & international operations Maintain dispatch documentation and operational records Ensure compliance with ICAO, DGCA, and company operational procedures Provide operational reports and updates to senior management and the Board of Directors

Formation / Diplômes
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Aviation, Aeronautical Engineering, or related field FA/DGCA Flight Dispatcher License/Approval preferred Additional aviation safety certifications will be an advantage Experience: 7–10 years of experience in Flight Dispatch / Airline Operations Experience working with private aviation companies handling business jets/private jets across multiple locations Strong knowledge of ARINC systems, flight planning, operational control, and coordination for overflight & landing permits Knowledge of General Aviation (GA) operations and Ground Handling (GD) procedures Experience in pet clearance procedures in India and international destinations will be preferred Strong understanding of weather analysis, fuel planning, NOTAMs, OCC operations, ICAO/DGCA regulations, and ATC coordination To apply: Send updated CV to: [Click the Apply button below to apply, and Create my CV to build a CV tailored to this offer, professionally] with subject as: Flight Dispatcher & Operations Controller
