La consultation va se dérouler dans les cercles d’intervention présélectionnés des projets MLI 1148, MLI 1160, MLI 1157, MLI 1164 (Tombouctou, Niafunké, Bandiagara, Bankass, Koro, Djenne, Mopti) L’objectif général de cette prestation est d’évaluer l’efficacité, la conformité et l’inclusivité des processus mis en place par le WHH dans le cadre de son assistance humanitaire en cash / en voucher / en nature (vivres, kits ménage) dans le Nord et le Centre du Mali et identifier les domaines d’amélioration dans la fourniture de services aux communautés vulné-rables.
