Formation / Diplômes
- Niveau d’études et diplômes: Etre titulaire d’un diplôme d’Ingénieur en froid d’une université ou école supérieure reconnue par l’Etat.
- Pour le Brevet de Technicien Supérieur être titulaire d’un diplôme BAC+ 2 en froid industriel et climatisation.
Expérience
- Expérience : Avoir une expérience de 3 ans à 5 ans au minimum, dans une usine de fabrique de glace industrielle en barre.
- Compétences Techniques : Maitrise des techniques de fonctionnement d’une usine de fabrique de glace (unité de fabrique de glace en conteneurs d’origine CHINE) ou dans une chaine de production de froid pour la conservation des produits alimentaires. Gérer la production de glace. Gestion des matières premières nécessaires à la fabrication de la glace. Maintenance et installations des Equipements de l’Usine. Aptitude à travailler en équipe et à collaborer étroitement avec différents services. Esprit d’analyses pour identifier les causes de disfonction-nements dans la production. Sens aigu de l’organisation et de la planification.
