Qualifications requises :
- Licence en droit, finance, administration des affaires ou domaine connexe
- Master en gestion des risques, droit, relations internationales, finance, audit ou domaine connexe Compétences techniques :
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office
- Solides compétences analytiques et organisationnelles
Expérience
- Expérience en audit, contrôle ou évaluation des risques
- Capacité à identifier les écarts de contrôle et proposer des mesures correctives
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale
- Maîtrise professionnelle de l’anglais requise Compétences personnelles :
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome
- Capacité à travailler sous pression et à respecter les délais sérieux
- Diplomatie et sensibilité culturelle Expérience demandée :
- Minimum 5 ans d’expérience progressive en conformité, gestion des risques, contrôle interne ou diligence raisonnable
- Dont au moins 2 ans dans un poste similaire
- Expérience dans un environnement international Atouts :
- Certifications professionnelles telles que Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP), ou équivalents Instructions
