En tant que gestionnaire aux Comores, tu seras le pilier opérationnel d’une entreprise réputée. Tes journées alterneront entre suivi administratif, coordination d’équipes et pilotage de dossiers juridiques ou financiers. Tu veilleras à la conformité des processus tout en optimisant les ressources, avec une forte dimension relationnelle (partenaires, clients, autorités locales). Le poste exige une polyvalence terrain, du conseil à la gestion de crise.
Compétences clés à mettre en avant
- Maîtrise du droit des affaires comorien ou OHADA (rédaction de contrats, gestion des contentieux).
- Compétences en management d’équipe et gestion budgétaire (suivi de tableaux de bord).
- Connaissance des spécificités économiques locales (secteurs porteurs : logistique, tourisme, agriculture).
- Aisance avec les outils de gestion (ERP, Excel avancé) et capacité à travailler en autonomie.
