Nous recrutons un Responsable en Passation de Marché pour piloter les processus d'achat et de contractualisation dans le cadre de projets financés par des bailleurs de fonds.
Formation / Diplômes
Diplôme Bac+4 minimum en commerce, droit, ingénierie ou tout autre domaine pertinent.
Expérience
Expérience professionnelle d’au moins 5 ans dans la passation de marchés publics, idéalement dans des projets financés par des bailleurs de fonds. Connaissance avérée des procédures de passation de marchés de la Banque Mondiale ou d’institutions similaires. Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) et des logiciels liés à la gestion des marchés. Excellentes capacités d’analyse, de rédaction et de synthèse.
Responsabilités
Forte capacité d’organisation, de rigueur et sens élevé des responsabilités. Aptitude à travailler de manière autonome tout en collaborant efficacement au sein d’une équipe pluridisciplinaire. Intégrité professionnelle, discrétion et respect des délais.
