Bac+5 en droit, sciences juridiques, sociales ou similaires.
Expérience confirmée dans l’élaboration de textes législatifs.
Bonnes connaissances du secteur agricole, semencier et du droit rural.
Minimum 3 ans d’expérience dans des projets similaires.
Connaissance du contexte comorien ou régional souhaitée.Missions :
Évaluer l’environnement juridique existant en lien avec les semences.
Identifier les lacunes et proposer un cadre réglementaire cohérent.
Rédiger un projet de loi semencière conforme aux standards régionaux.
