Ce que ce poste implique
En tant que référant technique de DSSR (Droits et Santé Sexuels et Reproductifs) aux Comores, tu seras le point focal pour coordonner les activités de terrain, animer des formations auprès des agents de santé et assurer le suivi des indicateurs clés. Ta mission quotidienne consistera à superviser la mise en œuvre des protocoles, à organiser des campagnes de sensibilisation communautaire et à rédiger des rapports pour les bailleurs. Un poste qui allie expertise technique et leadership opérationnel dans un contexte insulaire.
Compétences clés à mettre en avant
- Maîtrise des normes de DSSR (planification familiale, santé maternelle, IST/VIH).
- Expérience prouvée en gestion de projet santé, idéalement en Afrique de l’Est ou insulaire.
- Capacité à former et à superviser des équipes pluridisciplinaires en milieu rural.
- Aisance rédactionnelle en français et connaissance des outils de suivi-évaluation (DHIS2, Excel).
