Responsabilités : • Superviser le fonctionnement quotidien des kiosques (encaissements, ventes, services). • Vérifier le respect des procédures, des horaires et de la qualité de service. • Assurer la gestion de caisse (contrôle, rapprochements, sécurité des fonds). • Collecte et sécurisation des fonds en fin de shift. • Confrontation entre les soldes physique (caisse) et théorique (application GFC). • Rédiger les rapports hebdomadaires à la hiérarchie. //
