It is the aggregator providing both local and international songs for MTN Zik by MTN Cameroon, and Funtone by Orange Cameroon. Its mission is to build reliable revenue streams for content producers while delivering value to end consumers. We are seeking a highly skilled and collaborative Senior Fullstack Developer to join our team for the development of a new product. You will be instrumental in architecting, developing, and maintaining high-impact digital solutions that bridge the gap between complex business requirements and user-friendly technology. You will not only write clean, scalable code but also mentor future team members and contribute to the architectural decisions of our product ecosystem. We are looking for an individual who is technically versatile, thrives in cross-functional environments, and embodies a humble, growth-oriented mindset. Missions / Responsibilities / Activities
Requirement Analysis & Specification: Lead the translation of high-level business objectives and user requirements into detailed technical specifications. You will sit with stakeholders to analyze needs, and document the architectural roadmap before a single line of code is written. Full Lifecycle Development: Design and implement robust, scalable features from database schema to user interface for Web and mobile. Architecture: Lead architectural planning and perform code reviews to maintain high quality and security standards. Local Payment Integration: Design and implement secure, reliable payment gateway integrations, specifically focusing on MTN Mobile Money, Orange Money. You will manage API workflows, webhooks, security protocols, and transaction logging for seamless user experiences. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with UI/UX designers and product manager to turn product visions into technical realities. DevOps & Deployment: Maintain efficient build pipelines and ensure smooth deployment cycles. Mentorship: Provide guidance to junior developers and promote best practices in documentation and codebase maintenance. Job Requirements Technical Requirements: You should have deep expertise across the modern development stack and be comfortable navigating tools in each category below: Frontend: React, Next.js, Vue.js, Svelte, TypeScript, JavaScript, Tailwind CSS. Mobile: React Native, Flutter, Expo. Backend: Node.js, Python. Databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL. API & Data: GraphQL. Deep experience integrating local payment APIs for Mobile Money transactions. Design/Prototyping: Figma, Sketch. Build & Desktop: Electron.js, Webpack, Vite. Version Control & DevOps: Git, CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployment, and infrastructure management. Qualifications & Experience: Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience (5+ years) in fullstack development, systems architecture, and integrating financial APIs. Soft Skills: Modesty & Collaboration: You view code as a team sport. You are open to feedback, eager to learn from others, and communicate with empathy. Analytical Rigor: Exceptional ability to deconstruct complex business problems into modular, manageable technical requirements. Cross-Functional Mindset: Ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders to achieve project alignment.
