JOB DESCRIPTION Position: Revenue, Marketing & Operations Manager - Company: Chris Complex LLC Location: Damas, Yaoundé Employment Type: Full-Time Reports To: COO / CEO Chris Complex LLC is seeking a strong, disciplined, and results-driven Revenue, Marketing & Operations Manager to help improve income, marketing, and daily operations across selected business units. This is not a passive office job. We need someone who can drive revenue, supervise execution, create content, follow up leads, and ensure managers and staff perform properly. The person hired may oversee the following businesses: Chris Complex Executive Stays LaundroMerveille PromoRoulante Salle Majesteuse / Decor Diva Car Wash Snack Bar Restaurant Etc This role will not directly supervise the rental business at Chris Complex Offices and La Place Étoilée, as those are currently relatively stable. Main Purpose of the Role To increase revenue, improve marketing performance, strengthen operational discipline, and ensure leads and opportunities are converted into paying customers. Key Duties and Responsibilities 1. Revenue Growth & Sales Increase bookings, sales, and income across assigned businesses Follow up customer leads from WhatsApp, phone calls, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and walk-ins Help close deals for apartments, events, laundry services, restaurant/snack offers, and other services Build and promote package offers, upsells, and referral opportunities Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly income trends and take action when performance is weak 2. Executive Stays Management Personally manage Executive Stays on Mondays and Tuesdays, which are the off-days of Christian Ensure rooms are ready, clean, attractive, and properly marketed Supervise guest handling, check-ins, check-outs, and customer follow-up Push occupancy and reduce empty nights Help recover Executive Stays revenue to prior stronger levels 3. Marketing & Content Creation Create flyers, posts, reels, videos, and promotional content Use Canva and AI tools where needed Ensure regular posting and promotion on: Facebook Instagram WhatsApp Status Google Business Profile TikTok / Snapchat where relevant Ensure offline marketing is also done, not only online Use PromoRoulante or field activations to support visibility and lead generation 4. Operations Supervision Check that managers and staff are doing their jobs properly Follow up on weak performance, delays, poor customer service, and non-compliance Ensure daily tasks are completed in the businesses under supervision Escalate serious issues quickly to the COO / CEO Help maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness, readiness, and follow-through 5. Lead Tracking & Reporting Maintain simple lead and sales tracking Ensure serious leads are answered quickly Ensure managers are not ignoring messages, inquiries, or opportunities Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance updates Verify that reports are truthful and supported by proof 6. Business Recovery Role The person hired must be able to help recover weak businesses, especially those with falling revenues. This means: spotting problems quickly taking corrective action pushing managers and teams suggesting practical ways to improve bookings, sales, and visibility Skills Required Applicants must be able to do most or all of the following: Strong follow-up and sales ability Good marketing sense Ability to create content using Canva Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Facebook, Instagram, and Google tools Able to write clear English and basic professional French Organized and able to track leads and tasks Able to supervise others firmly Comfortable moving between different businesses in one compound Able to work under pressure and produce results Preferred Profile We prefer someone who: understands hospitality, small business operations, and marketing is serious, proactive, and disciplined is not waiting to be reminded all the time can think commercially and improve revenue can manage both field work and digital work can use AI tools to create content faster and better Important Conditions This is a performance-based role. The person hired will be judged mainly on: revenue improvement number of bookings and deals closed quality and consistency of marketing speed of lead follow-up operational discipline in assigned businesses ability to improve weak-performing units This role will involve probation and clear performance targets.
