MOTOR INSURANCE AGENCY COORDINATOR

We are seeking a results-driven Underwriting/Marketing Officer to grow our client base and ensure sound underwriting decisions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Prepare and review policy documents, quotations, and renewals.
- Drive business growth by sourcing and securing new insurance clients.
- Assess risks and provide appropriate underwriting decisions in line with company guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Support retention of existing clients through excellent service delivery.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure prompt follow-up on leads and conversion of prospects into clients.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor’s degree in insurance, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 4–6 years’ experience in underwriting and/or insurance marketing.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Good analytical and risk assessment ability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target driven and proactive.
