BRANCH COORDINATOR

📌 ### 📌 Key Responsibilities

Operational Management:Supervises day-to-day operations, including cash handling, loan disbursements, and branch security, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

/>Loan Portfolio & Credit Control:Monitors the loan portfolio, evaluates, and approves/recommends loans within authorized limits, and ensures high repayment rates to manage risk.
Customer Service & Business Growth:Drives customer acquisition, maintains high levels of service, and develops strategies to increase branch productivity.
Team Leadership:Manages, trains, and motivates staff, including field officers/loan officers, to achieve branch targets.
Reporting & Liaison:Acts as the primary communication link between the branch and head office, submitting regular reports on financial performance, expenses, and branch activities.
Field Monitoring:Conducts regular client visits to verify loan use, monitor repayment, and address delinquent accounts.

📌 ### 📌 KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field

### 📌 ### 📌 Minimum of 3years experience in microfinance, retail banking, or financial services, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

In-depth understanding of microfinance principles, group lending methodology, and rural financial markets.

### 📌 ### 📌 Strong credit analysis, risk management, and customer service skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
