Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and growth objectives.
Promote and sell fire safety products and services to industrial, commercial, and residential clients.
Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Conduct client visits, safety presentations, and product demonstrations.
Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
Ensure high standards of customer service and follow-up.
Required Skills or Experience
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in fire safety, security systems, industrial equipment, or related fields.
Good understanding of industrial, commercial, and home safety requirements.
Knowledge of fire safety systems (extinguishers, alarms, hydrants, suppression systems, etc.) is an added advantage.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
Target-driven, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Strong interpersonal skills and customer-focused attitude.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Personal Attributes
Confident and well-presented.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
