Main duties

In a context of structuring and development, we are recruiting a Group Middles Manager. A true operational pillar, you guarantee the optimal management of infrastructures, equipment and general services to ensure a high-performance, secure and compliant work environment. Your main missions Infrastructure management & maintenance Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance Ensure the proper functioning of technical installations Manage incidents and follow up on interventions Overseeing services: security, cleaning, hospitality, logistics Managing internal needs and supplies Ensuring the quality of services Selecting, negotiating and monitoring service providers Ensure compliance with contractual commitments Monitor the quality of services rendered Budget management Develop and manage the general resources budget Analyze costs and propose optimizations Ensure regular reporting to management Compliance & Risk Management Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations Identify risks and implement corrective actions Participate in audits and follow recommendations Operational support Meeting the logistical needs of teams Managing emergencies with responsiveness Implement effective procedures Your objectives Ensure the continuous availability of infrastructures Ensure a secure and functional work environment Optimize costs while maintaining a high level of service Improve employee satisfaction Reduce operational risks Experience in multi-site or group environments (highly desired) Good mastery of provider management and contracts Key competences Infrastructure and equipment management Provider management and tenders Budget monitoring and cost optimization
