The successful candidate will prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages while delivering excellent customer service. Min Qualification: High School (S.S.C.E) Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 2 years Job descriptions & requirements Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve coffee, tea, smoothies, and other beverages to standard. Operate espresso machines and other beverage equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station and equipment. Welcome customers and take orders professionally. Recommend menu items and answer customer questions. Ensure beverages are prepared consistently and accurately. Monitor stock levels of coffee, milk, syrups, and other supplies. Handle customer payments where required. Follow all hygiene, food safety, and service standards. Assist with opening and closing duties. Requirements Previous experience as a barista is preferred. Knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso-based drinks. Good customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Friendly, neat, and professional appearance. Ability to stand for long periods. Must be punctual, organised, and hardworking. Working Hours Shift-based schedule including mornings, weekends, and public holidays.
