The role oversees all design disciplines Infrastructure, Structural, Architectural, M&E Services and Land survey. Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Executive level Experience Length: 12 years Working Hours: Full Time - Full Time Job descriptions & requirements Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership and oversight across all engineering and design units to ensure high-quality, integrated project delivery. Establish and enforce engineering standards, design procedures, and governance frameworks in line with Nigerian and international codes. Review and provide final technical approval for major designs, drawings, and technical submissions. Ensure effective coordination across all design disciplines and resolve technical interface issues. Represent the company in engagements with clients, regulators, and industry stakeholders. Support business development by providing technical input on bids, feasibility assessments, and project strategy. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering; Master’s degree in a relevant field is strongly preferred. Minimum of 12–15 years’ experience in engineering design and project delivery, including senior technical leadership experience. COREN registration (R.Eng.) and membership of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) required. Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams across infrastructure, building, and construction projects. Strong knowledge of Nigerian and international design codes and regulatory processes. Proficiency in engineering design tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD, Revit, or equivalent. Excellent leadership, technical review, and design governance capabilities. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to represent the company at senior levels.
