Technicien de Nettoyage des Surfaces- Lomé SIME TOGO Nous recherchons pour nos besoins un Technicien de Nettoyage des Surfaces sur Lomé.
Le technicien de nettoyage des surfaces a pour rôle de coordonner le travail sur les chantiers, de gérer le programme des agents d'entretien, mais aussi de veiller à la bonne utilisation et au bon stockage des produits et matériaux utilisés sur les sites. Responsabilités: Faire des visites de cotation Récolter les informations relatives au chantier auprès du chef de chantier Préparer les produits et matériels adaptés à l'intervention Planifier et coordonner les équipes d’entretien Réaliser les travaux Assurer le nettoyage et l'entretien des sites en respectant méthodiquement le planning de travail Veiller à la bonne gestion, l’utilisation et l'entretien du matériel et des produits mis à disposition Veiller à ne pas endommager tout objet meublant, matériel et support pendant le processus de nettoyage Respecter toutes les règles d'hygiène et sécurité Assurer la qualité de toute prestation d’entretien et de nettoyage Rendre compte à qui de droit de tout dysfonctionnement ou de toute anomalie.
