Location: Agbogba (Near Police Station)

Salary: GHS 2,300 (Gross)
Job Description
The Account Officer is responsible for managing daily financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the finance team in ensuring proper financial reporting and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Record and process daily financial transactions.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
Assist with invoicing, payments, and reconciliation of accounts.
Monitor expenses and ensure proper documentation of financial activities.
Support payroll preparation and other finance-related duties.
Ensure compliance with company financial procedures and policies.
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year experience in accounting or finance.
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
