The successful candidate will provide excellent service to guests, take orders accurately, and ensure a pleasant dining experience. Min Qualification: High School (S.S.C.E) Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 1 year Job descriptions & requirements Key Responsibilities Welcome and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner. Present menus and explain menu items when necessary. Take food and beverage orders accurately. Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally. Check on customers during their meals and respond to their requests. Clear and reset tables after use. Ensure the dining area is clean and organised at all times. Process bills and handle payments where required. Work closely with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth service. Follow all hygiene and customer service standards. Requirements Previous experience as a waiter or in customer service is an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Friendly, well-groomed, and professional appearance. Ability to stand for long hours. Must be punctual, honest, and hardworking. Minimum of SHS education. Working Hours Shift-based schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
