ABOUT THE ROLE
Tanzania Labour Guide is seeking to recruit a highly experienced and results-driven Front Office Manager for a leading hospitality establishment in Dar es Salaam. This role requires a strong, hands-on leader capable of transforming front office operations into a professional, disciplined, and guest-centric department, aligned with international standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage all front office operations
Ensure a seamless and professional guest check-in/check-out experience
Handle and resolve guest complaints promptly and effectively
Train, supervise, and continuously develop front office staff
Enforce discipline, grooming, and service excellence standards
Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Drive guest satisfaction and overall service quality
**QUALIFICATIONS &
EXPERIENCE
**
Minimum 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
Proven experience in a reputable 4 or 5 hotel environment
Strong leadership and team management capability
Excellent communication and guest relations skills
Demonstrated experience in staff training and development
High level of professionalism, integrity, and discipline
