Consultant Responsable Technique Assainissement- Lomé ONG SEVES Nous sommes à la recherche d'un responsable technique Assainissement (F/H) Mission 1 : Piloter la mise en œuvre des sanimarchés dans les villes d’Anfoin (Lacs 4) et Vogan (Vo 1) Piloter la finalisation du plan d’appui aux opérateurs (termes de références); Piloter la finalisation et mettre en œuvre une stratégie marketing : formation des opérateurs, coaching, mise en place d’agents commerciaux, mise en place de points de vente (boutiques), adaptation du catalogue technique en catalogue client ; Accompagner les opérateurs à déployer leur catalogue de produits : sélection et formation des maçons avec les opérateurs, mise en place d’un dispositif de contrôle qualité des produits, mise en place d’un circuit d’approvisionnement en matériaux ; Piloter la finalisation et mettre en œuvre des dispositifs de facilitation financière (subvention partielles). Mission 2 : Accompagner les communes de Vo 1 et des Lacs 4 à opérationnaliser une offre de vidange sur leur territoire Appuyer la commune de Vo 1 à opérationnaliser et encadrer un pôle de vidangeurs privés : élaboration d’un appel à manifestation d’intérêt, appui à la sélection de vidangeurs, mise en place d’un agrément, formation technique des vidangeurs, élaboration d’une stratégie de tarification; Appuyer la commune des Lacs 4 à opérationnaliser un...
