A reputable company invites applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the following position: Architect

Job Description

  • Knowledge and understanding of the social/affordable housing sector

  • Knowledge of local government housing development approval processes

  • Good knowledge and understanding of policies, guidelines and statutory requirements relevant to real estate development

  • Good knowledge and understanding of applicable construction regulations, codes, industry standards and health / safety legislations

  • Good knowledge and understanding of design techniques tools and principles involved in construction, blueprint drawings and models

  • Good knowledge of site planning, architectural design and affordable housing principles.

  • Work knowledge of contract administration including tendering processes in engineering

Qualification Required & Experience

  • Qualification in Architecture

  • 1 year working experience in related role
