Job Description Department: Human Resources About the Role We are looking for a dedicated and organized HR Officer to join our team. This role is central to ensuring smooth HR operations, with a strong focus on managing vacancy advertisements, employee appearance standards, attendance tracking, and onboarding processes. Core Responsibilities Vacancy Advertisement: Draft, publish, and manage job postings across relevant platforms to attract qualified candidates. Appearance Management: Ensure company dress code and professional standards are upheld, fostering a positive and consistent workplace image. Attendance Oversight: Monitor, record, and report employee attendance, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Onboarding: Coordinate and facilitate new employee orientation, ensuring smooth integration into the organization. Required Skills or Experience Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in a similar role. Strong organizational and communication skills. Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
