Reports To: General Manager / Managing Director
Job Summary
The Female Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting the company’s travel and tour services, increasing sales, and building strong relationships with clients. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, marketing travel packages, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring excellent customer service to enhance the company’s market presence and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell the company’s travel and tour packages to individuals, groups, and corporate clients.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to increase revenue.
Prepare and present travel proposals and quotations to prospective clients.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s services.
Manage and update marketing content on social media platforms and the company’s website.
Participate in travel fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events to attract clients.
Assist in creating promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital adverts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Provide professional travel advice and recommend suitable travel packages based on customer needs.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Provide feedback and recommendations to management for improving travel packages and services.
Work closely with ticketing and visa processing officers to ensure smooth travel arrangements for clients.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management review
Required Skills or Experience
Qualifications
Minimum of Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field.
At least 2 - 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a travel and tour company.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of travel destinations, tour packages, and travel documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media marketing tools.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Professional appearance and strong customer service orientation.
