Advanced degree in civil engineering, construction engineering, or architecture Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in project management or site supervision Fluency in English; knowledge of another UN language is an asset Experience in development and humanitarian work Understanding of construction norms and standards Ability to collaborate with government and program counterparts
