Create client database & sales strategy to expand current business as well as grow new business Utilizes sales pipeline management tools to track lead generation, sales, revenue & invoices Follow a proven sales process that includes prospecting, qualifying, targeting, identifying customer needs, developing value propositions, presenting solutions, and alternatives Maintain knowledge of marketplace issues, industry trends, competitive information, customer expectations, public policy, and other market drivers Create and execute industry-specific tactical business development & marketing activities Continous customer relationship management & aggressive opportunities follow ups, Setting up meetings & making presentation to customers Attend exhibition & conferences Analyse yearly target and work towards meeting quarterly & yearly targets set. Submit monthly sales report for management use Attend trainings and work with a mentor to guide you towards the Sales career growth Path Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business management or administration, finance, accounting, marketing, or related field. Minimum of 2-3 years of business development/sales experience Proven working experience as a Business Development/ Sales executive and track record in developing business and long-term client relations Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Internal drive that is unmatched, paired with a high level of emotional intelligence and grit.
