Min Qualification: HND Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 2 years Job descriptions & requirements Responsibilities: Identify and attract high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and corporate organisations to invest in our company. Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing investors, ensuring high retention and timely response to feedback. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas as defined by management. Monitor financial market trends and competitor interest rates to provide value-added advice to clients. Ensure all customer onboarding strictly follows Know Your Customer Understand loans, credits, high-yield investments, (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) guidelines. Requirement: A minimum of a Higher National Diploma (HND) from a recognised institution. Financial Product Knowledge: A proven track record in meeting sales and revenue targets is highly valued. Commission Structure: It is a fully commission-based (no base salary) Independent executives’ package. The commission rates are negotiable between 5% and 15% of gross margin or profit to compensate for the lack of a guaranteed salary.
