Ce que ce poste implique
Ce rôle, non détaillé mais lié au programme Emploijeunes de l’ANPEJ, vous place au cœur de l’accompagnement des jeunes Sénégalais vers l’emploi. Au quotidien, vous analyserez des offres, conseillerez des candidats sur leur parcours, et utiliserez des outils comme E-Taggat ou Webmail pour gérer les mises en relation. Vous serez le pont entre les recruteurs et les talents locaux.
Compétences clés à mettre en avant
Maîtrise des plateformes numériques de recrutement (E-Taggat, Webmail, CRM simple). Bonne connaissance du marché de l’emploi sénégalais, surtout pour les jeunes. Aptitude à rédiger des fiches de poste claires et à évaluer les compétences rapidement. Sens de l’écoute active et capacité à orienter vers les dispositifs ANPEJ.
Conseil CV Taf4All
