Ce que ce poste implique Tu seras au cœur du chantier de l’INPP Kisangani, en lien direct avec le ministre provincial de l’Emploi et du travail. Ta mission quotidienne : coordonner les équipes techniques, superviser l’avancement des travaux et préparer des briefings précis pour les autorités. Attends-toi à gérer des imprévus logistiques (retards de matériaux, intempéries) et à assurer le reporting hebdomadaire sur les délais et la conformité.
Compétences clés à mettre en avant
- Maîtrise de la gestion de projets de construction (planification, budget, suivi de chantier).
- Capacité à communiquer avec des parties prenantes variées : ouvriers, ingénieurs, ministère.
- Connaissance des normes de sécurité et des réglementations du travail en RDC (code du travail, INPP).
- Réactivité et sens de l’organisation pour résoudre les problèmes de terrain.
