En tant qu’Agent de Crédit chez IFOD à Kinshasa, tu seras le premier contact terrain pour évaluer la solvabilité des clients, animer des réunions de groupe et suivre le remboursement des prêts. Ton quotidien mêle déplacements dans les quartiers, collecte de données financières et reporting rigoureux. Tu joues un rôle clé dans l’inclusion financière locale.
Compétences clés à mettre en avant
- Maîtrise des outils de calcul (Excel, calculatrice) et capacité à analyser rapidement des flux de trésorerie.
- Sens de la négociation et aisance relationnelle pour convaincre et fidéliser des clients souvent peu bancarisés.
- Connaissance du tissu économique kinois (marchés, PME, associations) – un atout majeur.
