NETSYSTEME recrute un(e) stagiaire Technicien Informatique et Réseaux pour participer à l’installation, la maintenance et l’assistance technique des équipements informatiques et réseaux de ses clients.

Installer et configurer des ordinateurs et périphériques.

  • Assurer la maintenance prĂ©ventive et corrective du matĂ©riel informatique.
  • Installer et configurer des rĂ©seaux locaux (LAN) et Wi-Fi.
  • Configurer des routeurs, switchs et points d’accès.
  • Assister les utilisateurs en cas de problèmes techniques.
  • Installer des systèmes d’exploitation et logiciels.
  • Participer Ă  la mise en place de camĂ©ras de surveillance IP.
  • RĂ©aliser des sauvegardes et opĂ©rations de sĂ©curitĂ© informatique.
  • Produire des comptes rendus d’intervention.

Formation / DiplĂ´mes

  • Formation en Informatique, RĂ©seaux ou TĂ©lĂ©communications.
  • Bonne connaissance de Windows et des rĂ©seaux TCP/IP.
  • CapacitĂ© Ă  diagnostiquer les pannes.
  • Sens du service client.
  • Autonomie et rigueur.
  • CompĂ©tences apprĂ©ciĂ©es
  • Administration Windows.
  • RĂ©seaux Cisco ou Mikrotik.
  • CamĂ©ras IP et vidĂ©osurveillance.
  • Maintenance matĂ©rielle.
