Experience 2 years Job Expires Apr 08, 2026 Contact Plato Consult... Job Description A Reputable Multinational Company Locations: Ashanti/ Brong Ahafo Western/ Central Northen/Upper East/ West. JOB PURPOSE The successful applicant will be responsible for driving new business and grow allotted accounts by creating strategic account plans and building strong client relationships. The role reports to the Regional Head. ROLE-SPECIFIC Identifies and closes business opportunities in new and allotted public sector accounts in the region. Builds and maintains a qualified pipeline of prospects, using a consultative or solution selling approach to manage the decision-making process and close deals. Develops contact strategies and account development plans (ADP) for each of the allocated accounts. Engages with C-level executives at industry shows and other platforms to build professional network. Provides account data to the Regional Head to develop a sales plan and monitor its implementation. Identifies sales training and development needs. Ensures integrated channel management, supported by appropriate systems such as CRM. Uses relevant metrics and measures to routinely monitor progress against targets and takes appropriate action to ensure targets are met or exceeded. Ensures full compliance with telecommunications license provisions, sector regulations and competition laws. Required Skills or Experience MINIMUM QUALIFICATION Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology or related fields. 2 years’ minimum experience of sales /account management/ business development preferably in Telecoms/ISP/ Technology) environment. Understanding of telecom/ technology products/ services for enterprise. Experience working with public sector, NGO, or diplomatic accounts in the region and navigating tender and bid processes is an added advantage. PERSON SPECIFIC Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong negotiation skills. Possess a high degree of initiative, drive, confidence, and ability to enjoy a fast-paced work environment.
