Signature Packaging & Souvenirs is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio in packaging design, branding, and marketing concepts. Signature Packaging & Souvenirs is a multi-service creative and industrial brand that specializes in premium souvenirs, customized gift packaging, flexible pouch packaging, stand up pouches, labels and the supply of semi-automatic packaging machines for SMEs in the FMCG in Ghana. Job Summary
The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and coordinating orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
In addition, the role requires strong expertise in social media marketing and digital engagement, including content creation, targeted campaigns, and analytics monitoring to boost online presence and generate leads. This position demands a results-oriented professional with excellent communication skills, creativity, and a passion for branding and packaging solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify, promote and engage corporate and retail clients for souvenirs and packaging solutions.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on leads to close sales.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring repeat business.
Coordinate client orders with the production team to ensure timely delivery.
Networking skills and experience handling B2B and B2C sales.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Marketing & Social Media Management
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.
Plan and organize sales visits and client meetings.
Manage social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) — plan, create, and post engaging content.
Run targeted social media ads and campaigns to generate leads and conversions.
Collaborate with the design team for visuals, promotions, and product showcases.
Monitor analytics and insights to refine online marketing performance.
Required Skills or Experience
Qualifications & Experience
Either HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
2-4 years proven experience in sales, marketing, or social media management or related consumer products.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and ability to create compelling promotional content.
Strong social media presence or ability to manage professional pages effectively.
Basic understanding of branding, design, or product presentation (an advantage).
Self-motivated, target-driven, customer-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
