IT Strategy & Transformation Specialist Job Summary To support enterprise IT strategy consolidation, roadmap alignment, OT cybersecurity framework development, SAP roadmap tracking, and strategic initiative harmonisation. Key Duties and Responsibilities Maintain and update the Group IT Policy Catalogue and review calendar. Consolidate BU and functional requirements into a prioritized Group IT roadmap. Support periodic refresh of the Group’s IT Strategy. Conduct IT maturity assessments and gap analysis. Support development of OT Cybersecurity framework (with OT Lead). Coordinate SAP improvement roadmap development and execution tracking. Identify structural improvement opportunities across BUs. Conduct research on industry best practices and benchmark frameworks. Prepare strategic briefing materials for leadership.
