MEP Execution Site Engineer

We are looking for an experienced MEP Execution Site Engineer with 8-10 years of hands-on experience in the execution, supervision, and management of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works at construction sites. The ideal candidate will ensure the timely, safe, and quality delivery of MEP systems as per project specifications, drawings, and applicable standards. Key Responsibilities:

• ⁠ ⁠Oversee day-to-day on-site execution of MEP works including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and related systems.
• ⁠ ⁠Review project specifications, drawings, and BOQs to plan and organize execution activities effectively.
• ⁠ ⁠Coordinate with project managers, contractors, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion.
• ⁠ ⁠Monitor and control on-site resources including manpower, materials, and equipment to meet project schedules.
• ⁠ ⁠Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with design, codes, and safety standards.
• ⁠ ⁠Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation and commissioning phases.
• ⁠ ⁠Ensure proper documentation of work progress, site instructions, inspection reports, and variation orders.
• ⁠ ⁠Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with HSE guidelines on site.
• ⁠ ⁠Liaise with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement and delivery of MEP materials and equipment.
• ⁠ ⁠Assist in preparing progress reports, material submittals, and as-built drawings.
• ⁠ ⁠Lead and mentor junior engineers, site supervisors, and technicians on-site.

⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.

• ⁠ ⁠8-10 years of proven experience in MEP execution on construction sites.
• ⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge of MEP systems, construction techniques, and industry standards.
• ⁠ ⁠Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and technical manuals.
• ⁠ ⁠Hands-on experience with HVAC systems, electrical installations, plumbing, and fire protection.
• ⁠ ⁠Good command over project management and site coordination.
• ⁠ ⁠Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.

⁠ ⁠Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

• ⁠ ⁠Sound understanding of safety and quality standards in construction. Preferred:
• ⁠ ⁠Experience working on large-scale Highrise residential and commercial projects.
