Credit and Risk Management: Identify early warning signs of potential delinquency and proactively engage clients. Implement timely and strategic recovery actions for non-performing accounts. Maintain a healthy loan portfolio aligned with risk management frameworks. Collaborate with the risk team to ensure policy compliance and loan integrity. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports, including call memos and sales pipelines. Maintain up-to-date records on all clients and credit activities for audits and compliance. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in financial product sales, credit analysis, or business development. Strong knowledge of financial services, credit management, and lending practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain financial concepts to clients in a clear and persuasive manner. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and CRM software. Strong numerical, analytical, and research skills. Proven track record in meeting sales and revenue targets.
