Job summary

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, SEO/SEM, paid search, and content platforms) to enhance brand visibility, drive leads, increase web traffic, and generate sales. This role includes collaboration with cross-functional teams, management of online communications, campaign performance tracking, and adherence to departmental SOPs and KPIs set by the Sales and Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities:

Plan, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC, social media, and email.

Manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads), including keyword research, ad copy, bidding, and performance tracking.

Develop engaging written, visual, and multimedia content for company websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.

Maintain and optimize company blogs for SEO and lead generation.

Build and maintain social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).

Implement social media campaigns, community management, and engagement tactics.

Conduct keyword research and on-page SEO optimization.

Monitor website performance metrics and implement UX improvements.

Collaborate with developers/designers to enhance website visibility and functionality.

Track campaign KPIs such as engagement rates, lead generation, conversions, traffic, and ROI.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.

Strong understanding of digital channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email, and content marketing.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM platforms, social media management tools, and SEO tools.

Excellent analytical, creative, and communication skills.

Must reside on the island
