You will lead MRV (Monitoring, Reporting, Verification) for clean cookstove projects in Kumasi, coordinating field data collection, quality checks, and reporting to ensure carbon credit compliance. Daily tasks include training local enumerators, verifying household usage data, and liaising with BURN’s Nairobi team on project milestones.
Key skills to highlight
Proven experience in MRV for carbon projects, especially with household energy or clean cooking. Strong data management (Excel, ODK, or similar tools), field team supervision in rural Ghana, and understanding of carbon standards (e.g., Gold Standard, VERRA). Fluency in Twi or other local languages is a major plus.
