You will be the face of Advans Ghana in Bolgatanga, driving mobile banking adoption among local customers. Expect daily fieldwork: visiting market stalls, small businesses, and rural communities to register users, resolve transaction issues, and promote digital savings/loan products. You’ll also collect client feedback to improve mobile services.
Key skills to highlight
- Proven experience in field sales or agent banking in Ghana’s northern regions.
- Fluency in local languages (e.g., Frafra, Dagbani, Twi) to build trust.
- Hands-on ability to troubleshoot mobile app glitches and train low-literacy users.
- Strong data entry accuracy and basic Excel for daily reporting.
