We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Medical Doctor (With Surgical Skills) Location: Agungi, Lekki, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Medical Doctor with surgical expertise to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in surgery, along with exceptional patient care and communication skills. Responsibilities Perform surgical procedures with precision and accuracy. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation. Evaluate and diagnose patients to determine appropriate surgical treatment plans. Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients. Requirements Medical Degree from an accredited institution. Atleast 2 years post Nysc Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to providing high-quality patient care. Valid medical license. Proven experience in surgical procedures. Incentives Salary: N400,000 – N600,000 Monthly. In addition to the monthly salary, the successful candidate will receive a percentage incentive for each surgical procedure performed. Details regarding the incentive structure will be discussed during the interview process.
