Read more about this company Chief Technical Officer Job Type Full Time Qualification BA/BSc/HND , MBA/MSc/MA Experience 7 years Location Abuja Job Field Engineering / Technical Key Responsibilities Lead design and installation of off-grid, hybrid, and mini-grid solar PV systems Provide technical leadership for rural and industrial electrification projects Provide technical leadership on project planning, budgeting, and procurement Enforce safety standards and HSE compliance across all project sites Train and mentor technical staff on solar PV and mini-grid design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Renewable Energy, or a related field. Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, MSc) are a plus. At least 7 years of experience in technology leadership, with a strong background in renewable energy systems. Proven expertise in loT, energy storage systems, and grid integration technologies. Exceptional problem-solving and project management skills. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders. A passion for innovation and sustainability.
