You’ll lead the design and implementation of MEAL systems across ACF’s projects in Zambia, ensuring data collection, analysis, and reporting drive program quality. Day-to-day, you’ll train field teams on accountability mechanisms, conduct evaluations, and use findings to inform adaptive management. Your work will directly link evidence to decision-making for nutrition and food security interventions.
Key skills to highlight
Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative data analysis (e.g., SPSS, Stata, or Excel) is essential. Show your experience with participatory methodologies, accountability frameworks, and donor reporting (e.g., ECHO, USAID). Demonstrate ability to manage multi-sectoral MEAL teams in remote, resource-limited settings, plus fluency in English and local Zambian languages.
