The teacher will create a structured and engaging classroom environment that supports student learning and academic achievement. Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 2 years Job descriptions & requirements Key Responsibilities Instruction and Lesson Delivery Plan and deliver mathematics lessons in accordance with the school curriculum and academic standards. Explain mathematical concepts clearly and guide students through logical problem-solving processes. Use a variety of teaching strategies to support students with different learning abilities. Encourage students to develop confidence and interest in mathematics. Assessment and Monitoring Prepare and administer quizzes, tests, assignments, and examinations. Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to support improvement. Monitor student progress and provide additional support where necessary. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student academic performance. Classroom Management Create and maintain a positive, respectful, and organized classroom environment. Encourage active participation and engagement during lessons. Manage classroom discipline in accordance with school policies. Student Support and Development Provide extra academic support to students who require assistance. Encourage critical thinking and independent learning. Support students in preparing for internal and external examinations. Professional Responsibilities Attend staff meetings and participate in school activities and professional development sessions. Collaborate with other teachers to improve teaching practices and student outcomes. Communicate with parents regarding student progress when necessary. Qualifications A university degree in Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field is required. A teaching qualification is an advantage. Skills and Competencies Strong knowledge of mathematics and analytical thinking. Ability to explain mathematical concepts clearly and effectively. Strong classroom management and organizational skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
